How long does shipping take?
Most Orders take 1 business days to process except order placed on Fridays and Holidays(example orders placed on Friday late afternoon will ship on Monday) and Free shipping everywhere in the Continental US for orders over 75 dollars. .
When can I expect my package?
Orders take 3 to 5 business days to deliver.
Where do you ship?
We currently offer Free shipping everywhere in the US for orders over 75 dollars. Orders under 75 dollars we charge a 4.95 shipping fee domestically.
Can I return something if I don't like it?
Yes. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in like-new condition with an order number. Please contact us at info@thepure-skin.com to initiate a return. We will send you a confirmation email with return instructions

💐Pure Skin Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@thepure-skin.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $75 or more for Domestic orders . For orders under $75 we offer Standard Ground shipping for a flat fee of $4.95. Free returns are provided on all domestic orders. For international orders please see below or contact us info@thepure-skin.com

SHIPPING PROCESSING & CUTOFF TIMES
GROUND SHIPPING: Orders received by 12pm EST are shipped out the same business day via our free ground shipping option. Orders received after 12pm EST are shipped the following business day.
EXPRESS ORDERS: Overnight Express and 2-Day Shipping orders are shipped out the same day if received by 2pm EST. Orders received after 2pm will ship out the following business day.
Orders placed late on Fridays or weekends are dispatched on Mondays. Orders received on Holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Shipments or deliveries normally are not delivered on Sunday or holidays. If we are experiencing any significant delays with your order we will reach out to you and let you know.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally via DHL Express for the best service and rates. We charge a flat fee of $30 for Canada and $50 for all other countries. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Pure Skin is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Pure Skin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim at info@thepure-skin.com. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
